Apologies to Omar Khayyam. I wrote the lyrics on the DC subway, coming back from a date with Kaihea at Nation. Moody Moore was on the decks and there was a foam party out back. Those were different times. Flamenco was a high priority for us in the band, and while I never learned to speak it fluently it certainly helped form this piece. Part C surfaces on "Kaiheacoda" and Part B will probably never be recorded, although I think we performed it a time or two live.
