Almost as old as Strange Wine - I must've been 21 or so when I wrote this one.

They look down when you enter the room

But nobody around here likes you

At least that's the feeling I find
They think you show too much emotion
And generally not the right kind
And they try to ignore you and the things that you say
Except when they want a laugh

And they'll carve it on your epitaph.
