I wrote this around '94, largely under the influence of the snappy dialogue from old noir radio shows courtesy of the Big Broadcast. First gal I played it for got all misty and asked, "Who made you feel that way?" Nobody, really, I was just putting lines together to make a song. I recorded it for my first cd "Like Fries Love Ketchup," 2001, and it was on a Floating Folk Festival compilation as well.

Then last summer someone did actually make me feel that way, so I'm enjoying singing the song even more these days. And last night I performed it and someone said it gave him chills, so here it is. Enjoy.
